We have 6 weeks available for sale in SSC. Owners for 25+ years but need to sell due to declining health and can no longer travel.
Week 40: Units 1316 and 1320
Week 41: Units 1316 and 1319
Week 42: Units 1316 and 1323
All units are $8000 each. If you wish to buy multiple weeks, we will negotiate a reduced price for multiple unit purchase.
Maintenance fees and hurricane assessment dues have been paid for 2025.
*Please note: Week 41/Unit 1316 is not available for individual sale at this time. Unit 1316/Week 41 can only be purchased with a Week 40 or Week 42 (Unit 1316) so as to not break up a multiple unit set.
