South Seas Club is a 24 unit private condo complex located at the north end of the resort. It is only a few minutes walk to the beach. Within the private SSC complex each unit owner has its own reserved parking space, access to its own large private pool, hot tub, free washers and dryers, ice machine and BBQ grills. Each unit has four beach chairs and 6 beach towels to use at the beach. Unit 1303 is on the first floor and sleeps six (2 bedrooms and a sleeper sofa), 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen, dining room table, living room and a screened balcony.
